What You Will Do:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements into actionable deliverables.
  • Work alongside IT teams to support SAP solution design, testing (UAT/integration), and execution.
  • Translate technical solutions into clear, business-friendly language, serving as a liaison across teams.
  • Lead and enhance inbound and outbound transportation strategies, including management of carriers and third-party logistics (3PL).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report key logistics performance indicators (KPIs), including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Cost per Shipment, Inventory Turnover, Freight Spend, and Warehouse Productivity.
  • Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and prompt shipment of finished goods to customers.
  • Optimize freight costs, routing, packaging, transportation modes, and overall logistics processes.
  • Identify opportunities for network optimization, cost reduction, and service improvements across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with production, materials, procurement, planning, and customer service teams to enhance plant and supply chain performance.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through logistics analytics, reporting, and continuous performance reviews.

What You Will Bring:
  • At least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP WM/EWM and logistics execution processes, including warehouse operations.
  • Experience in business process documentation, requirements gathering, and gap analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, user stories, backlog management).
  • Experience collaborating with IT teams to support solution delivery and testing.
  • Knowledge of supply chain, distribution, or warehouse operations.

Pay Range: $60,000 to $68,000 a year
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Charlotte, NC.
  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
  • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
