Job description

Material Handler – Temp-to-Hire | Telford, TN

We’re hiring Material Handlers for a clean, climate-controlled warehouse in Telford, TN!

Pay:

  • 2nd Shift: $17.85/hr | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: $18.70/hr | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

What You’ll Do:

  • Receive, move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility
  • Load and unload materials and supplies
  • Deliver materials to the appropriate work areas
  • Pick and prepare materials for production or shipment
  • Verify quantities, labels, and part numbers
  • Keep materials organized and inventory locations neat
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Use carts, hand trucks, and other non-powered material handling equipment as needed
  • Perform other general warehouse and material handling duties as assigned

No forklift operation is required for this position.

Requirements:

  • Warehouse experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations and pass a basic math skills test
  • Must be able to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
  • Must be dependable and able to work the assigned shift
  • Must submit to a pre-employment drug screen
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • ESD shoes are required
