POSITION SUMMARY

The role of Material Handler, General Assistant directly supports the company's mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. As a Material Handler, General Assistant, you will be responsible for performing all warehouse-related administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse. This includes keeping the warehouse system and inventory updated, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with various administrative duties as needed. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the overall efficiency and productivity of the warehouse operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Receive delivery notes from suppliers or carriers for components delivered to the warehouse.
  • Verify the accuracy of deliveries against purchase orders.
  • Update the warehouse management system with received quantities, part numbers, and other relevant information.
  • Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
  • Transfer materials from the warehouse to the production line based on production requirements.
  • Update the system with details of material transfers.
  • Track the movement of inventory to ensure availability for production.
  • Transfer materials to the production line as per production schedules.
  • Ensure the production line has the necessary materials for manufacturing processes.
  • Record material consumption in the corresponding module (mho-hub-dtr) of the system for accurate tracking.
  • Other duties as assigned.


WHAT YOU HAVE

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) years of warehouse management/administration experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for data entry, document creation, and basic data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to update inventory records, track material movements, and generate reports.
  • Strong command of the English language to communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and understand delivery notes, inventory reports, and other documentation in English.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records, track material transfers, and coordinate warehouse activities.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Experience in working collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to manage personnel effectively, delegate tasks, and provide support to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Strong teamwork skills to foster a positive work environment and promote cooperation among warehouse staff.
  • Driving is an essential function of the job. Must possess a full valid driver's license and be insurable under our auto insurance policy. This position will be subject to periodic driver's abstract checks to confirm continued insurability.
