Material Handler

You will be the Material Handler for the Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) Team supporting Industrial Product‐Support Vendor (IPV) Gen III program which is responsible for providing warehouse and inventory management services to support maintenance depot operations.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Material Handler you will be responsible for ensuring the right parts are where they are needed, keeping inventory accurate, and enabling the depot to stay mission‐ready.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Receive, break down, and distribute material from the Local Distribution Center. - Sort and place material into designated Bench Stock Locations (BSL) and perform inventory using a Windows tablet. - Research alternate locations and transfer material between BSLs to close work stoppages and empty bins. - Identify and process Shelf Life items and Electro‐static Discharge (ESD) sensitive devices. - Provide excellent customer service and support to internal customers across multiple facilities. Position is 2nd shift, with standard hours being: 2:00pm - 10:30pm. Position is labor intensive, and selected candidate will be on their feet a majority of the shift. Certain areas in the worksite require PPE; MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires site access
