Shift: 1st Shift โ€” 6:00 AMโ€“2:30 PM

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, with some Saturdays (8โ€“10 hour days)

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Environment: Indoor & outdoor work in all weather conditions

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Forklift Operator / Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations in Pacific Junction, IA. This position requires versatility, attention to safety, and the ability to perform physical tasks in a fastโ€‘paced environment. As we move into peak season, candidates should expect the potential for 20+ hours of overtime per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a large AWD forklift to move finished goods from production to storage
  • Pick and stage orders for shipment
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate documentation
  • Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and production areas (sweeping, shoveling, lifting)
  • Conduct quality checks and complete required paperwork
  • Assist with general housekeeping and safety procedures
