Material Handler / Night Shift

Metals USA has an immediate opening for a Material Handler / Night Shift inour Muskogee, OK facility. The Material Handler / Night Shift, under limited supervision, performs duties related to the storage and movement of inventory or equipment; reports to Group Leader /Shift Supervisor.

Starting $18/hour and $3 shift differential

  • Receives, places/returns items into stock inventory locations
  • Tags materials for proper identification
  • Pulls and assembles customer orders in order of delivery
  • Operates yard truck for the purpose of loading and unloading trailers
  • Operates cranes to load/unload trailers
  • Operates forklift (5k or 10k) to load/unload trailers
  • Securing loaded material onto truck and load and unload materials
  • Completes and documents production and quality paperwork; follow shop system data collection procedures.
  • Notifies management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required to perform the duties of a Material Handler.
