Job description

Salary:

EPI Power is looking for an experienced Material Handler to join their team. This important role is responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, tracking, and delivering materials to support warehouse and construction operations on large-scale data center projects. The Material Handler helps ensure materials are accurately managed and readily available to support field productivity and project schedules.


The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse, logistics, or construction support environments and is open to relocating for future project needs.


This role requires the ability to work 6 days per week, typically Monday Saturday.

What Youll Do:

  • Receive, unload, organize, and store incoming materials and equipment
  • Track and distribute materials to support field crews and warehouse operations
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and material organization
  • Coordinate deliveries to support project schedules and avoid material shortages or delays
  • Prepare materials for field installation and transportation
  • Assist with inventory counts, material audits, and documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and field teams to support project needs
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and vendors


What Were Looking For:


Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, inventory control, or construction logistics preferred
  • Experience supporting construction or industrial projects preferred
  • Forklift operating experience or certification preferred
  • Electrical construction experience is a plus

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize materials safely and efficiently

Technology:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
  • Experience with inventory tracking systems is a plus
  • Ability to learn project-specific software upon hire
