This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
1. Supervises and coordinates the receiving and storing of finished goods.
2. Contacts carrier representative to arrange and issue instructions for delivery of materials.
3. Assists shipping employees with the loading of trucks as needed.
4. Implements changes to processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
5. Maintains an organized and clean work area.
6. Assists in the raw materials warehouse as needed.
7. Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
8. Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.
Job Specifications
1. 3+ years warehouse experience is required.
2. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
3. Forklift experience is required.
4. Basic PC skills are required.
5. The position will be required to perform basic math.
6. Excellent oral communication skills and leadership ability.
7. Experience supervising other employees is preferred.
8. English/Spanish bilingual is preferred.
Working Conditions
1. Warehouse environment.
2. Repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages up to 50 lbs. is required.
3. The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 0°F to 110°F.
4. Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling.
This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
