Material Handler / Parts Verification & Quality Associate Location: Moorestown, NJ Job ID: #72931 Pay Range: $25-30 The Material Handler / Parts Verification & Quality Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and moving parts while maintaining accurate inventory records. Daily duties include verifying part numbers and quantities, logging data in Excel, performing cycle counts, and assisting with material coordination through the MRP system. The role requires strong attention to detail, basic Excel proficiency, reliable work habits, and the ability to communicate with internal teams and external suppliers. It blends hands?on material handling with analytical support to ensure seamless material flow and production readiness. 1. Have strong attention to detail and can catch discrepancies. 2. Are comfortable with basic Excel functions, data entry, sorting, filtering, and maintaining logs. 3. Can accurately verify part numbers, quantities, and locations. 4. Have a dependable and reasonably stable work history. 5. Can clearly explain any significant gaps or frequent job changes. 6. Are reliable, organized, coachable, and willing to perform regular material-handling duties when needed. Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, receiving, stockrooms, or verification work would be a strong fit.
