In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring the seamless flow of materials, inventory and production activities that support the secure payment solutions businesses and consumers rely on every day. Your contributions will help drive operational excellence, maintain high quality standards and enable efficient manufacturing processes that keep our clients moving forward. Salary - $40,000 / year + benefits

What you'll own
  • Drive production readiness by ensuring materials, inventory and supplies are available when needed, helping maintain efficient workflows and supporting on-time delivery of critical payment solutions.
  • Strengthen inventory accuracy by identifying, reporting and helping resolve discrepancies, improving operational visibility and supporting informed business decisions.
  • Contribute to manufacturing excellence by learning and applying production processes that improve quality, productivity and consistency across operations.
  • Promote a safe and organized workplace by supporting 5S principles and operational standards that enhance efficiency, reduce risk and enable successful production outcomes.
  • Build expertise across warehouse and production operations to increase team capability, support evolving business needs and create opportunities for continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory or production environments, or a strong interest in building a career in these areas.
  • Ability to follow established processes with attention to quality, accuracy and safety.
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills to help identify and resolve routine inventory or production challenges.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience using workplace software and digital systems to support operational effectiveness.
It's a bonus if you have
  • Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, box vans or similar machinery.
  • A track record of contributing to process improvements that increase efficiency, quality or workplace safety.
