Job description
Product Intallation Representative
The Representative, Product Installation is responsible for ensuring timely shipments of all inter-territorial shipments to Canon Canada’s Dealer Channel. This position maintains good dealer relations through timely processing of rebate claims, while ensuring compliance and validity of these claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining all shipment tracking numbers and help resolve all lost or damaged shipments
- Entering all shipment data into tracking workbooks
- Coordinating inter-territorial shipments of product between dealer channels throughout Canada
- Reviewing and assessing dealer rebate claims against a set of predetermined rules. Either promote to management, decline the claim, or bounce the claim back to the dealer
- Compiling various reports for the monthly Senior Management meetings
- Reviewing Direct Sales disbursements to the indirect channels
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Intermediate analytical skills to review and validate dealer rebate claims against established rules
- Intermediate computer/technical skills to use pivot tables, vlookups, and basic formulas in Excel
- Intermediate time management/multi-tasking skills to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders during month-end, while meeting all deadlines
