At matchbox, a renowned restaurant specializing in wood-fired pizzas and delicious American bistro fare, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bussers. As a Busser, you will be an essentialal part of creating a clean, organized, and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure efficient table turnover and a smooth dining experience.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Assist in the cleaning and preparation of various dining areas and equipment.
  • Refill supplies, such as napkins, utensils, and condiments, as needed.
  • Support the team by providing assistance during busy periods or special events.
  • Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests by engaging with them and addressing their needs.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written).
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays .
  • Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day; able to climb flights of stairs.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • High energy and stamina. Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment.
