Infrastructure & Systems Operations Specialist

Basketball Legends is more than just a basketball game, itโ€™s a global platform where millions of players compete in real time. To keep this ecosystem fast, stable, and secure, we are expanding our technical operations team. We are looking for a motivated Infrastructure & Systems Operations Specialist who will take ownership of our server environments and ensure seamless performance across all services.

What You Will Do
  • Oversee daily operations of onโ€‘premise and cloudโ€‘based servers running Basketball Legends services.
  • Design and maintain scalable cloud architectures to handle peak player traffic.
  • Track system health, detect bottlenecks, and improve uptime across all live services.
  • Build and manage automated workflows for backups, updates, and system recovery.
  • Support development teams by maintaining test servers and deployment environments.
  • Investigate and resolve performance issues related to networking, storage, and system resources.
  • Strengthen security policies to protect user data and internal infrastructure.
  • Prepare technical reports and maintain clear operational documentation.
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • A degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) managing production server environments.
  • Handsโ€‘on knowledge of Linux and Windows administration.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and virtual machine technologies.
  • Practical understanding of automation tools, scripting languages, and modern DevOps practices.
