IM=X Pilates & Fitness - Cary is a newly opened boutique fitness studio building a high-quality team of instructors. We are seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in pilates, personal training, cycle studios, yoga, barre, or boutique group fitness environments who want a more structured, coaching-focused environment with opportunities to grow beyond group classes.

Training & Employment Requirement
IM=X requires all instructor candidates to complete a pre-employment certification program:
  • IM=X Pilates Reformer and Mat certification required prior to employment consideration
  • 5-days mandatory training
  • Complete certification: 40 practice hours + 40 teaching hours
  • IMX-covered tuition (candidate responsible for exam fees and materials)
  • Written and practical exams required for completion

Compensation
  • $24$29/session (group instruction)
  • Higher session rate with experience, certifications, and teaching level
  • Private training sessions paid at a higher rate based on experience and certification level
