Job description

CNC Lathe Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Current schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (10-hour shifts)

Occasional Saturday overtime (5 hours) as needed

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Machine Operator to join our team! In this role, you’ll work primarily with Haas and OKUMA machines in a job shop environment where quality always comes first.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision machining and wants to be part of a clean, organized, and team-oriented shop.

Required:

  • Experience operating CNC lathes in a production or job shop setting
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of CNC setup, tooling, and machine operation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
