As part of this mission, you'll contribute to high-impact GEOINT exploitation, analysis and reporting of all Advanced GEOINT and Special Access Program (SAP), and related disciplines and products produced by the Army GEOINT Enterprise. What you will do * The Targeting Analyst Develops targets and target systems for joint lethal and / or non lethal engagements * Develops target nominations, creates database records, and databases target intelligence products * Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements * Conducts collateral damage estimation, performs target list management, target strategy development, and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements * Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations * Provides database nominations, creates and updates database and uploads TMs into databases * Additional duties as assigned or required What we are looking for * Targeting Analyst 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience * Targeting Analyst 5: 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience * Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and supporting intelligence analytic techniques; Understanding of Intelligence Support /Role in the MDMP * Senior-Expert level research and writing skills * Senior-Expert knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGIS * Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques * Experience in overseeing and executing target development standards * Training and expert knowledge in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development * Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance Bonus points for... * Targeting Analyst 4: Masters in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 5 years current Intelligence Analysis experience; OR Bachelors in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 10 years of current Intelligence Analysis experience; OR High School Diploma AND Specialized Training with at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience * Targeting Analyst 5: Masters in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years current Intelligence Analysis experience; OR Bachelors degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 15 years of current Intelligence Analysis experience; OR High School Diploma AND Specialized Training with at least 20 years of Intelligence Analysis experience * GPC-II Imagery Certification * Experience with commercial visualization software * Experience with MS Office suite of tools * Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums * Completion of related Army (or service equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D, or 35F/350F military occupational specialty school Physical Requirements May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment.
