Position Summary... What you'll do...The Manager, Strategic Account Management leads the development and execution of account strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing team performance, and ensuring alignment with company policies and values. The position requires analytical insight to interpret business metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations. By fostering collaboration and continuous learning, the manager supports operational excellence and drives results that meet both customer and organizational objectives within a dynamic retail environment.

Our team is committed to supporting sellers on Walmart Marketplace by partnering with enterprise-level, multi-category sellers to offer a broad assortment with excellent value and service. The Marketplace account management team drives growth for high-impact sellers through strategic planning, operational excellence, and collaboration across functions. By leveraging strong stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and business insights, the team delivers effective solutions that enhance seller performance and customer satisfaction. This collaborative environment fosters continuous improvement and ensures alignment with Walmart’s mission to provide outstanding service and value.
