POSITION PURPOSE

Adobe Population Health is seeking an experienced Strategic Advisor (Independent Contractor) to serve as a trusted executive advisor and market development partner responsible for expanding the organization's relationships with health plans, managed care organizations (MCOs), Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), provider groups, and other strategic healthcare stakeholders.

This highly visible consulting role is designed for accomplished healthcare executives with deep payer relationships and a proven track record of helping organizations successfully enter new markets, build executiveโ€‘level partnerships, and secure valueโ€‘based care and population health contracts.

The Strategic Advisor serves as an extension of Adobe Population Health's executive leadership and Business Development teams by leveraging established industry relationships, identifying growth opportunities, providing market intelligence, and facilitating executive introductions that accelerate business development efforts.

Rather than owning the traditional sales process, this role focuses on opening doors, cultivating relationships, advising leadership on market positioning, and helping Adobe Population Health expand its footprint across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Commercial, Dual Eligible, and Valueโ€‘Based Care markets.

This is an independent contractor (1099) position engaged on a project, territory, payer, or strategic initiative basis. Compensation is milestoneโ€‘based and aligns with meaningful business development outcomes.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development
  • Identify and cultivate strategic growth opportunities with national, regional, and local health plans, managed care organizations, provider organizations, and healthcare partners.
  • Leverage executiveโ€‘level relationships to facilitate introductions to key decisionโ€‘makers, including CEOs, Presidents, Chief Medical Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Provider Network Executives, Population Health Leaders, and Contracting Executives.
  • Generate qualified business development opportunities that align with Adobe Population Health's strategic priorities.
  • Assist executive leadership in identifying new markets, service opportunities, and payer partnerships.
  • Support expansion into new geographic markets and lines of business.
  • Advise leadership regarding competitive positioning, market trends, and emerging healthcare opportunities.
Executive Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive leaders throughout the healthcare industry.
  • Represent Adobe Population Health professionally during executive meetings, conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
