About the Role:
Join i9 Sports SW Atlanta as a Soccer Coordinator for Youth Sports, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the athletic experiences of young athletes. This exciting position invites you to lead soccer programs that promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development in a fun and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and oversee youth soccer practices and games.
  • Help coordinate schedules and field assignments.
  • Develop and implement training sessions for coaches and players.
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, coaches, and players.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and participant satisfaction.
  • Promote the soccer program through community outreach and marketing efforts.
  • Assist in recruiting and training volunteer coaches and staff.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in youth sports coaching or program management.
  • Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and training methods.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Passion for working with children and fostering a positive sports experience.
