We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Practice Development Manager  to drive growth and adoption of Align Technology's solutions-including Invisalign and iTero-across both General Practitioner (GP) and Orthodontic (Ortho) channels. This role is pivotal in enabling dental practices to digitize workflows, enhance patient engagement, and accelerate business performance through strategic collaboration, training, and execution excellence.

This position is located in Madrid or Amsterdam.
As Practice Development Manager, you will:
  • Design and implement cross-channel practice development initiatives that align with Align's strategic priorities.
  • Drive adoption of digital workflows and tools (e.g., iTero scanners, Smile Concierge) to support practice digitization and patient conversion.
  • Collaborate with local marketing and sales teams to deliver best-in-class customer service and premium treatment experiences.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both GP and Ortho channels.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with certified and non-certified doctors to expand case potential and market penetration.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and strategic planning workshops to support practice growth.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and provide actionable insights to marketing and commercial teams.
  • Engage with dental labs, societies, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to build influence and drive referrals, especially within the GP segment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Customer Success) to ensure cohesive execution.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience with capital equipment sales and digital solutions is a plus.
