POSITION SUMMARY

Avocor is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead product positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, and sales enablement for Avocor and relevant AUO Display Plus product lines.

Reporting to the SVP and Global GM of Avocor, this role will work closely with product management, sales, marketing, channel partners, and regional teams to support successful product launches, strengthen market differentiation, and drive adoption and revenue growth across Avocor’s expanding portfolio of interactive displays, commercial displays, digital signage, direct-view LED, collaboration, and software-enabled solutions.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Lead end-to-end product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, market segmentation, and go-to-market planning.
  • Develop clear value propositions, buyer personas, use cases, and vertical-market messaging that connect product capabilities to customer and market needs.
  • Lead global product launches for new and existing product lines, coordinating launch plans, deliverables, communications, training, and sales readiness across cross-functional teams.
  • Define the core product messaging, launch framework, content, and supporting materials used by sales, regional marketing, and channel marketing teams.
  • Create and maintain product collateral, datasheets, presentations, case studies, solution briefs, website content, FAQs, and other market-facing resources.
  • Develop product-focused sales enablement tools, including sales playbooks, competitive battlecards, product comparisons, objection-handling guides, training materials, and presentations.
  • Partner with the Channel Marketing Manager to provide product messaging, content, training inputs, and launch materials for distributor, reseller, systems integrator, and partner programs.
  • Support regional and channel marketing teams by ensuring campaigns, promotions, and partner communications accurately reflect approved product positioning, value propositions, and technical claims.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer research, and partner interviews to inform positioning, market priorities, product strategy, and roadmap decisions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, technology developments, and emerging customer needs to identify opportunities, risks, and areas of differentiation.
  • Analyze revenue, pipeline, customer, market, and product-performance data to identify adoption trends, portfolio opportunities, and areas requiring action.
  • Partner with product management, sales, finance, and leadership to support pricing, packaging, promotional strategies, business cases, and portfolio decisions.
  • Establish and track key product marketing metrics, including launch readiness, product adoption, pipeline contribution, competitive performance, and revenue results.
  • Gather and translate feedback from customers, distributors, resellers, systems integrators, sales teams, and strategic partners into recommendations for product, positioning, and customer experience improvements.
  • Support product lifecycle activities, including product introduction, growth, repositioning, transition, migration, and end-of-life communications.
  • Collaborate with strategic technology partners on joint positioning, integrated solution messaging, and co-developed product value Support analyst, media, customer, and industry-event activities by preparing product narratives, competitive positioning, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure product claims, technical content, collateral, and messaging remain accurate and current.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive product marketing experience, including ownership of cross-functional product launches and go-to-market programs.
  • Experience within professional audiovisual, enterprise collaboration, commercial displays, digital signage, unified communications, workplace technology, education technology, or an adjacent B2B technology market preferred.
  • Experience marketing digital signage, commercial display, content-management, system-on-chip, media-player, or software-enabled display solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of B2B technology marketing, customer segmentation, product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and product lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer, partner, and commercial value propositions.
  • Proven experience developing product messaging, sales enablement materials, competitive intelligence, and market-facing content.
  • Demonstrated success supporting product launches and marketing programs that contributed to product adoption, pipeline development, revenue growth, or market share.
  • Experience working collaboratively with channel marketing, distributors, resellers, systems integrators, technology partners, and geographically dispersed sales teams preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, project-management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across product, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and regional teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, presentation, project-management, and content-development tools.
