The Product Marketing Specialist, Restaurants is responsible for managing and supporting portfolio marketing efforts for NCR Voyix's Restaurants business. Translating features and capabilities into meaningful value propositions, messaging architecture, positioning, content and assets focusing on outcomes helping our customer to growth their top line, managing operational efficiency and providing an unparalleled consumer experience. Requires understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Design key external product and feature messaging and positioning based on audiences, influencers, and decision makers. Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. Working closely with events, digital, brand and content teams to support activation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Positioning:Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market. Ability to translate complex product features into value propositions highlighting customer benefits and outcomes.
  • Market Research: Help drive market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Marketing Strategy:Create and implement comprehensive product launch and sales enablement programs
  • Sales Support:Provide the sales team with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell our products, including sales presentations, product demos, and competitive analysis.
  • Performance Metrics:Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of solution marketing initiatives.
  • Customer Engagement:Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
