Job description

Position Description This position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring children and families receive a timely, coordinated, and compassionate response following allegations of abuse. Duties and Responsibilities: As the first point of contact for many families and multidisciplinary partners, the Central Intake Supervisor oversees a fast-paced intake process that supports forensic interviews, medical evaluations, and other critical services. This position supervises intake staff, manages complex scheduling, ensures the accuracy of case information, and collaborates with investigative and community partners to facilitate seamless service delivery.

Ability to assess age-appropriate language, verbal and non-verbal communication and exceptional recall abilities. Strong skill in prioritizing job tasks. Ability to communicate effectively with professionals from various disciplines and agencies.

Preferences Education and Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in child advocacy, victim services, behavioral health, healthcare, criminal justice, or a related human services setting. (preferred) Experience coordinating services within a multidisciplinary environment. (preferred) General Information Hours: Monday - Friday | Hours will be discussed during interview.

Salary: Salary commensurate with experience. Criminal and CPS background check required prior to hiring and E-Verify upon hire. Work Environment and Physical Demands: This position is generally in a sedentary role but may at times require the ability to lift files up to 20 pounds.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
