Job Description

• Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and design personalized therapeutic strategies to help them realize their functional aspirations.

• Collaborate within Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to guarantee complete and compassionate care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and caregivers on therapy methods to foster ongoing progress beyond the clinic.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed to keep patients on their recovery paths.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential
