Job Title: Finance Manager

Position Summary
CBTS is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Finance Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance forecasting accuracy, drive cost discipline, and deliver actionable insights within a technology and professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for SG&A departments
  • Support monthly Selling and Marketing close- analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
  • Manage company-wide financial reporting needs for the Finance department, ELT, and Board, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent delivery
  • Mange the planning cycles in OneStream
  • Manage people planning for SG&A department
  • Build financial models and conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives
  • Analyze cost drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and operational efficiencies
  • Refresh and maintain full enterprise P&Ls during close and forecast cycles
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reports
  • Support and assist with internal and external management reporting requirements for leadership, including KPI's, dashboards, and executive summaries
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting standardization efforts
  • Manage a team of two, overseeing their day-to-day work and providing coaching and professional development

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Strong understanding of P&L structures, consolidation, intercompany, and financial analysis
  • Demonstrated data fluency, with the ability to extract, interpret, and synthesize large volumes of financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)
  • Experience with financial systems (OneStream and SAP preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with business leaders
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Experience with CPM/EPM systems (e.g., Hyperion/EPM, OneStream) and reporting tools

Salary Range $105,000 - $120,000
