POSITION SUMMARY

LifeWave is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager – Finance Products to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of technology products that support global Finance operations.


This role partners closely with Finance, Technology, and business leaders to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver solutions that improve financial visibility, operational efficiency, compliance, reporting, and decision-making. The position focuses on Finance products and business outcomes and does not own ERP strategy, administration, or platform management.

Requirements:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • No direct supervisory responsibilities.
  • Mentors Product Managers and contributes to Product Management best practices, processes, and culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy & Planning

  • Define and maintain product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics for Finance-related products.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to identify opportunities and translate business objectives into product initiatives.
  • Prioritize work based on customer value, business impact, strategic alignment, risk, and ROI.
  • Develop business cases and recommendations for leadership review.

Product Delivery

  • Translate product strategy into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Data, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead release planning, stakeholder communication, launch readiness, and adoption activities.
  • Measure outcomes and continuously improve products based on data and feedback.

Own strategy and roadmap decisions for Finance capabilities including:

  • Mentor Product Managers and promote customer-centered, outcome-driven product practices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Procurement, or related business functions.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience translating business needs into roadmaps, requirements, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Experience working with Engineering teams in Agile environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with financial systems, reporting platforms, planning tools, payments, integrations, or workflow automation.
  • Experience supporting direct selling, ecommerce, subscription, or global commerce businesses.
  • Experience leading business transformation or modernization initiatives.
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or similar professional certification.
