You will be the financial compass for RMW. As VP of Finance, youโ€™ll build a vision for how our finance function scales, ensuring itโ€™s not only rigorous but also strategically aligned with where we want to go.

You will own the integrity of financial operations, including P&L oversight, budgeting, reporting, payroll, and fullโ€‘cycle accounting, while driving longโ€‘range planning, capital strategy, and financial modeling to support growth and acquisitions.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring executive presence, operational depth, and the ability to translate financial performance into strategic action.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Own the financial strategy: longโ€‘range planning, budgeting, forecasts, capital allocation, and scenario modeling while maintaining strong internal controls across a multiโ€‘office structure.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all financial reporting, disclosures, and audits.
  • Manage accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, tax filings, and monthโ€‘end close.
  • Oversee and coordinate external partners, vendors, and advisors supporting finance and provide clear, actionable financial insights to executive leadership.
  • Support acquisition underwriting and integration planning; evaluate growth opportunities, new services, and investments with financial rigor.
  • Identify and implement systems, processes, and automation to scale the finance function.
  • Implement scalable financial systems, reporting tools, and automation.
  • Standardize reporting, dashboards, and financial processes firmโ€‘wide.
  • Communicate complex financial topics clearly to nonโ€‘financial stakeholders.
  • Instill a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with office leaders to drive spending discipline and profitability, gain the trust of our officeโ€‘level leadership as โ€œgo toโ€ resource for financial and operational information to support their officesโ€™ financial success.
  • Interface with capital providers including lenders and investors.
About You
  • 10+ years in finance & accounting, with at least 5 in leadership roles.
  • CPA strongly preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • Expertise in GAAP, compliance, audits, and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic finance (FP&A, capital planning) and handsโ€‘on controllership.
  • Experience managing external service providers and advisors.
  • Skilled at building scalable systems and processes in growing organizations.
  • Strong communicator who can distill complex financial concepts into clear insights.
  • Mergers and acquisition experience highly valued.
