Director of Finance | Help Shape the Future of Advanced IPM


Advanced IPM is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join our Leadership Team. This newly created leadership position will play a key role in strengthening our financial planning capabilities, improving decision-making, and building the financial foundation to support the company's continued growth.

Position Summary

As Director of Finance, you will serve as a strategic business partner to the Leadership Team. This role is responsible for strengthening financial planning, improving decision-making, and developing scalable financial capabilities that support long-term business success.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial planning.

  • Develop and maintain rolling financial forecasts and cash flow projections.

  • Builddashboards, KPI reporting, and financial reporting that improve business decision-making.

  • Analyze company, regional, and branch performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and profitability improvements.

  • Partner withoperational leaders to provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations.

  • Develop financial models supporting pricing, compensation, capital investments, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

  • Improve financial planning processes, reporting, automation, and overall finance capabilities as the company continues to grow.

  • Provide financial insight that supports operational excellence, strategic planning, and long-term growth.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.

  • Strong background in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analytics.

  • Proven ability to translate financial data into meaningful business recommendations.

  • Experience partnering with operational leaders to improve business performance.

  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, andcommunication skills.

  • Experience developing KPI dashboards,reporting, and scalable financial planning processes.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and business intelligence platforms preferred.

  • Comfortable building and improving processes within a growing organization.


Compensation & Growth

  • Base Salary: $145,000 - $155,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
