Act as a financial business partner to regional sales and commercial teams. Provide insight, analysis, and guidance to drive revenue growth, optimize trade spend, and support pricing and profitability strategies across assigned markets and/or accounts.
Accountabilities:
  • Partner cross-functionally to align finance plans with commercial strategy.
  • Deliver pricing, promotion, and discounting analytics to inform and influence key decisions that grow volume & value
  • Own and analyze key aspects of the P&L for assigned territory/accounts
  • Prepare insights and reports for senior leadership on net revenue and ROI performance
  • Lead and develop 1 direct analyst

Key Metrics & Financial Targets:
  • Net revenue rate growth & delivery vs plan
  • A&P spend accuracy and effectiveness
  • Promo ROI analysis completion
  • US RTD P&L delivery

Own:
  • Regional P&Ls for multiple territories; focuses on overall profitability

Influence:
  • Advisor to GMs and Sr. Manager

Veto:
  • Sr. Manager, Commercial Finance

Critical Relationships:
  • Assigned GM, Sr. FSM, Sales Operations, Marketing Manager, Compliance Department, FP&A Team
  • Training and onboarding

Skills Needed To Be Successful:
  • 5-7 yrs of experience in a finance business partner role
  • Experience working w/ Sales functions highly valued
  • Strong financial acumen in pricing, trade terms, and promotional spend
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred

Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
