Located in the picturesque city of Santa Rosa, California, our onsite rehabilitation facility boasts a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere. Our experienced team of healthcare professionals works closely to provide the best therapeutic solutions. Operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a stable work-life balance.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, taking into account each patient's medical history, functional capabilities, limitations, and personal rehabilitation goals.
• Develop personalized plans of care that include specific goals and measurable outcomes, tailored to each individual's needs.
• Guide patients through their treatment journey by articulating their plan of care in a manner that encourages collaboration and commitment.
• Administer therapeutic treatments including education on movement mechanics, exercise prescription, and various manual therapy techniques.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans and exercise regimens as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all patient interactions, assessments, and treatment methods in alignment with state regulations and best practices.

The patients you will work with primarily include individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Your role will involve developing strong therapeutic alliances with patients, fostering trust as they navigate their recovery journeys. This focus on patient-centered care is critical to achieving high satisfaction rates and long-term recovery outcomes.

• Completion of a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• Impeccable professional record with no history of board disciplinary actions.
• A minimum of three years of experience specifically in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.

• Demonstrated expertise in various manual therapy techniques designed to alleviate pain and restore function.
• Experience in developing comprehensive exercise regimens based on individual patient needs and therapeutic goals.
• A proven track record of working within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to effective patient care strategies.

We offer a competitive annual salary within the range of USD 90,000 – 110,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
