Work Environment

Located in the picturesque city of Santa Rosa, California, our onsite rehabilitation facility boasts a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere. Operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a stable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments, taking into account each patient's medical history, functional capabilities, limitations, and personal rehabilitation goals.
  • Develop personalized plans of care that include specific goals and measurable outcomes, tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Guide patients through their treatment journey by articulating their plan of care in a manner that encourages collaboration and commitment.
  • Administer therapeutic treatments including education on movement mechanics, exercise prescription, and various manual therapy techniques.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans and exercise regimens as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all patient interactions, assessments, and treatment methods in alignment with state regulations and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with primarily include individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Your role will involve developing strong therapeutic alliances with patients, fostering trust as they navigate their recovery journeys. Qualifications
  • Completion of a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.

  • A minimum of three years of experience specifically in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits
