Full Time | MondayFriday NO holidays or weekends!
Pay $27.00 - $30.00 / Hour + Incentives (Based on 40 hours/week)

Are you passionate about child development, education, psychology, or sociology? Ready to support families and change livesone child at a time?

People Incorporated is hiring Developmental Specialists to join our Early Intervention team! Youll work directly with children (ages 03) and their caregivers, providing support, assessments, and developmental services in homes and community settings.

What Youll Do:

  • Collaborate with families on Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)
  • Conduct home visits, screenings, and assessments
  • Work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team
  • Track progress and maintain clinical documentation
  • Prepare for certification as a Developmental Specialist

What You'll Need

  • Bachelors or Masters in Education, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
  • 2+ years experience in human services preferred
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening.

  • Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required.

  • Early Intervention experience is preferred
