Job Description

DIRECTOR, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH leader needed Full Time Twenty-four hour administrative responsibility for the Behavioral Health Department. 

  Plans, organizes and directs care provided by the department's staff. Formulates, monitors and reports the departments budgetary needs and outcomes. 

 Allocates resources and delegates responsibilities to assure quality patient care, while maintaining legal, ethical and community standards for mental healthcare services. Responsible for recruitment, education and development of staff.

Ability to manage and direct staff in the department Qualifications: Current Florida RN license Masters in related field preferred Current BLS Certification Thorough knowledge of Mental Health Law as outlined through AHCA Guidelines Demonstrated leadership skills along with goal oriented processing skills.

Managerial experience in Behavioral Health Compensation and Benefits nego.
