The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing programs that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support lead generation objectives across targeted cardiovascular and radiology audiences. This role manages digital campaigns, website content, social media channels, email marketing initiatives, digital advertising, and marketing analytics to support product launches, clinical education, and commercial growth initiatives within the medical device market. Working closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Clinical Education, Sales, and external agency partners, the Digital Marketing Specialist ensures all digital content aligns with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and strategic business objectives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, search, and paid media channels. Support product launches, clinical education programs, trade shows, and commercial initiatives with digital marketing tactics. Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to develop digital assets and promotional content.
  • Website & Content Management Maintain and update company website content, landing pages, and digital resources. Optimize website content for SEO, user experience, and lead conversion. Coordinate posting and management of case studies, customer stories, clinical evidence, videos, and educational materials. Monitor website performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
  • Social Media Management Develop and maintain social media content calendars. Create and publish content across LinkedIn and other approved social platforms. Monitor engagement metrics and audience performance. Ensure all social media content follows corporate brand standards and applicable review and approval processes.
  • Email Marketing & Marketing Automation Build and execute email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, and customer communications. Manage audience segmentation, campaign workflows, and performance tracking. Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives through marketing automation platforms. Analyze email performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Analytics & Reporting Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including website traffic, engagement, lead generation, email performance, and campaign ROI. Develop dashboards and periodic performance reports for marketing leadership. Identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Legal teams to ensure content accuracy and compliance. Support digital aspects of industry conferences, webinars, and educational programs. Stay current on healthcare marketing trends, digital technologies, and competitive activity.
  • Internal Communications Develop and execute internal communication strategies that keep employees informed of product launches, commercial initiatives, marketing campaigns, and key business priorities, ensuring consistent messaging across the organization. Serve as a communications liaison between Marketing and cross-functional teams, ensuring employees have timely visibility to key commercial activities, customer engagement initiatives, and industry developments that impact the business.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
  • Experience managing websites, email marketing platforms, and social media channels.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Medical device or healthcare marketing experience.
  • Experience supporting product launches and commercial marketing initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of highly regulated medical device markets across the globe.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other content creation tools.
  • Knowledge of healthcare provider and hospital audiences.
  • Other Ability to travel domestically ~10%.
Estimated starting salary:

$81,000.00 - $88,000.00 *Estimated starting salary is intended to reflect the salary Bracco Medical Technologies reasonably expects to pay for the position. The provided range is based on salary and market data and may vary based on an employee's eligibility for geographic differential pay in high-cost-of-labor markets.
