This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while maintaining access to an outpatient office for client sessions as needed. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, all of whom are focused on providing comprehensive care. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic practices to diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending relevant workshops and training to stay informed about the latest developments in the field of mental health.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team setting.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) software and related technologies.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use therapy is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working with underserved populations or in community mental health settings.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to a robust pay structure, we provide access to comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as malpractice insurance.
