• Experience in both lab sciences (immunology and/or proteomics) and IT validation • Scientific background with experience in Flow cytometry, ELISA, Immunology, Mass spectrometry and Overall knowledge of Genomics • Bachelor/Masters in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biology, Molecular Biology or IT proficiency with Bio related subjects or IT in Drug Discovery projects • IT Business degree / MBA / related certification or subject will be an added advantage • Exposure to one of Life Sciences, Pre-Clinical, Pharma or Drug Development processes and familiar with enabling technologies in lab specific software (such as testing of Assays and Methods, LIMS, CDS, SDMS, HPLC, GC) • Understanding of Healthcare Testing with comprehensive knowledge of standard formal testing procedures, validation, and software development life cycle • Ability to engage and interact with business stakeholders to understand and elicit business requirements, to support testing and training activities • Capable of creating comprehensive documentation with details on requirements, business scenarios, test cases, user manuals etc. • Self-motivated individuals with strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills with the passion and appetite to learn newer technologies • Actively participate in developing complex applications involving cutting edge technology and frameworks • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, assertiveness and prioritization skills • Knowledge of current trends in the industry and ability to improvise and innovate to bring in efficiencies • Committed, Enthusiastic, quick learner and flexible to learn and adapt to project needs • Ability to work collaboratively with global project teams • Knowledge of agile/scrum will be an advantage • Experience in PM activities preferred • Overall 2-8 yrs. exp in domain/BA/PM work
