Your profile:ย 
  • 2+ years of full-time work experience with an undergraduate degree or 2-year Masters degree or Doctoral degree preferably in one of the following areas, but not limited to: consulting, change management, continuous improvement, project management, functional experience in pricing, market access, marketing, and sales.ย ย 
  • For the LS Division, experience in one of the following is preferred: Healthcare industry or life sciences consulting experience with functional experience in pricing, market access, marketing, and growth strategy work for biopharmaceutical, medical device and technology, diagnostics, healthcare IT, healthcare B2B services, consumer health, or digital health clients.ย ย 
  • Professional experience in analyzing and solving complex problems, which includes defining actionable recommendations using well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical).ย 
  • Solid understanding of marketing, pricing, and sales concepts paired with relevant work experience.ย 
  • Record of accomplishment of managing multiple projects, including work plans and deliverables.ย ย ย 
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork.ย 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused attitude.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.ย ย ย 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).ย 
  • In-office or client presence 2-3 days in alignment with our hybrid working model.ย 

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, performance bonus, eligibility for annual merit-based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package.ย 

The base salary range for this position is between 125,000 to 150,000 per year for U.S. roles. Specific compensation within these ranges will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Salary ranges are reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with market conditions.ย 

Benefits for eligible employees include paid time off, 13 paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.ย
