Job Summary

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enablement Analyst II facilitates enterprise AI adoption through operational support, business engagement, training development, and requirements gathering activities. The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enablement Analyst II manages routine AI enablement processes while serving as a trusted resource for employees and stakeholders. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enablement Analyst II contributes to successful AI implementation and adoption initiatives across the organization.

Essential Job Functions*

  • Manage intake, triage, and fulfillment of AI access and licensing requests.
  • Conduct license utilization reviews and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Design and deliver AI onboarding and adoption training programs.
  • Support employees in the effective use of Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and other approved AI technologies.
  • Gather and document business requirements for AI initiatives and enhancement requests.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and process reviews to identify business opportunities.
  • Maintain AI governance documentation, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Generate adoption reports and dashboards for business leaders.
  • Identify trends in support requests and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with IT, Security, and functional teams on AI-related activities.
  • Support pilot programs, user testing, and change management efforts.
  • Assist with implementation of new AI capabilities and organizational rollouts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, technology adoption, training, support operations, or program coordination required.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for technology, process improvement, or operational initiatives required.
  • Exposure to productivity tools and emerging AI technologies in an academic, professional, or personal setting required.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software rollouts, change management, or digital transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Power Platform, or similar AI technologies preferred.
  • Experience developing reporting, dashboards, or metrics used to measure technology adoption preferred.
