Job description

Senior Analyst, Costing Accounting Support the performance management of manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, compliance, reporting, performance analysis, and special projects. Assist with preparation and review of annual budget, periodic forecasts, and operating plans. Perform assigned close tasks accurately and timely. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and substantiations. Assess monthly financial performance, conduct root‐cause analysis, and highlight performance improvement areas to operational teams. Perform profitability assessments on product lines, customers, capital investments, and other business decisions. Ensure financial integrity by following procedures and internal controls in accordance with GAAP, MasterBrand policies, Code of Conduct, and applicable guidelines. Prepare and coordinate capital expenditure requests and participate in long‐term capital planning. Support inventory and other asset control. Perform financial modeling and trend/sensitivity analysis. Maintain and improve standard costing. Use Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services/SmartView, Insight, and Friedman systems. Collaborate with finance management and staff, share ideas, and provide value‐added recommendations. Perform special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Finance, Economics, or related fields). 3+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and intermediate/advanced Excel. Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, Mainframe). Knowledge of IFRS, Sarbanes‐Oxley, cost accounting preferred. Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, or MBA is a plus. Positive, solution‐oriented attitude.
