Job Description

·         Design, develop, and improve complex stamping tooling for progressive and transfer die applications

·         Manage tooling projects from initial concept and design through production launch

·         Troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues to ensure optimal production performance

·         Drive continuous improvement initiatives on new and existing tooling to reduce downtime and scrap

Key Requirements

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience in stamping tooling design for progressive and transfer dies

·         Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software preferred
