What your days look like:
  • Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services across the board
  • Mentor RBTs & Case Managers-helping the next generations of clinicians grow with confidence
  • Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings to keep care sharp and intentional
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, communication and clinical standards throughout.
 
What you bring:
  • Active BCBA Certification
  • Masters in ABA, Psychology or related field
  • 2+ years supervising clinical staff
  • Strong ABA skills (BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET)
  • Reliable car, CA driver’s license & insurance
  • CPR certification, immunization records and background check upon hire
