Responsibilities
The Role
You will join a small, newly formed, and highly visible Transformation Office responsible for leading the company's most strategic, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. These programs are complex, mission-critical, and backed by multi-million-dollar investments. As a key driver within the Transformation Office, you will translate strategy into execution-turning transformational vision into measurable outcomes and sustained business impact.
This is a high visibility Project Change Management Analyst role - serves as a central point of accountability for portfolio-level performance, financial transparency, and delivery insight across IT initiatives. It partners closely with initiative leads, Finance, and Centers of Excellence to consolidate financial and delivery data into consistent, executive-ready reporting, Steering Committees, and governance forums. The role ensures disciplined portfolio reporting across agile, waterfall, and hybrid efforts, proactively surfacing risks, dependencies, and performance gaps to enable informed decisions, strengthen governance, and drive value realization throughout the transformation.

Position Responsibilities
  • Track and report on IT project performance, including actual vs spend, forecasted costs, delivery milestones, and KPI progress
  • Monitor financial performance across IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with budgets, forecasts, and expected value realization
  • Consolidate updates from Transformation Office, Initiative Leads (including Product Owners and Scrum Masters), Finance and COE Managers into executive-ready reporting
  • Identify, analyze, and escalate delivery risks, dependencies, and performance gaps
  • Prepare standardized metrics reports and dashboards for Steering Committee (SteerCo), Technology Leadership, and executive stakeholders to support governance and decision-making.
  • Partner with Finance to validate financial data, including capital vs. expense spend, labor, and vendor costs
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of reporting across the IT portfolio, including adherence to PMO standards and governance frameworks
  • Support reporting across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Participate in recurring forums (e.g., IT Transformation stand-ups, finance reviews) to surface insights and ensure alignment

Qualifications
Required Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT project reporting, PMO, financial analysis, or technology program support
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting IT projects or transformation initiatives in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
  • 3-5 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 3-5 years of experience with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Clarity) preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience tracking IT financials, including resource costs, vendor spend, and infrastructure investments

Preferred Experience
  • Experience using Power BI and SQL analytics to track adoption, workforce readiness, and transformation KPIs, translating insights into executive-ready reporting.
  • Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence to support agile delivery, transformation governance, and change documentation.
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar work-management tools to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and track transformation milestones.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for leadership communications, dashboards, and reporting.
