Join our multi-disciplinary team of medical and fitness professionals in an intimate, collaborative learning environment as we strive to redefine how health and wellness is delivered.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Performance, or related program

Possess a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification

At least (3) years of experience working in personal training, collegiate athletic performance, or professional strength & conditioning

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Kinesiology-related field

Experience in collegiate athletics or high performance sport

Experience working with general population

Experience training around pain and injury

Responsibilities:

Execute up to (35) training sessions per week

Utilize the club's digital coaching platform to design, deliver, and manage individualized training programs

Construct individualized training programs for 10+ Monarch members

Collaborate and cooperate with the Monarch Medical and Physical Therapy departments
