Requirements
  1. Education: Either RN with a BSN and Masters Degree in a Health Care Related field or Masters Degreed professional in Health Care.
  2. License/Certifications: CPHQ preferred. Certification in Case Management preferred.
  3. Experience: At least 7 years acute care experience in a complex academic medical center and care management leadership. 5 years of Acute Care Case Management Experience. Minimum 5 years management experience in healthcare or related field required.
