Job Summary:
Strategic Analytix is an IT engineering and management consulting firm focused on providing mission-critical services to the Federal Government. They are seeking a Digital Network Exploitation Analyst who will evaluate target opportunities, analyze SIGINT and cybersecurity data, and assist in developing detailed exploitation plans.
Responsibilities:
• evaluate target opportunities using all source data to understand and map target networks
• assist in developing detailed exploitation and operations plans
• analyze SIGINT and cybersecurity data at multiple levels up and down the OSI network stack
• bring a solid understanding of logical/physical IP core infrastructure
• understand communication devices and how they connect to networks
• analyze traffic movements in a network
Qualifications:
Required:
• TS/SCI level clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.
• Degree in Computer Science is required.
• Relevant DNEA experience must be in: Computer or information systems design/development/analysis roles.
• In addition, it may also include engineering hardware and/or software, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, and/or network and systems administration.
• Level 1: AA degree + 4 years experience OR B.A. degree + 2 years experience.
• Level 2: AA + 7 yrs experience OR B.A. + 5 yrs experience OR Masters + 3 yrs experience OR Doctorate + 2 yrs experience.
• Level 3: AA + 10 yrs experience OR B.A. + 8 yrs experience OR Masters + 6 yrs experience OR PhD + 4 yrs experience.
• Level 4: AA + 13 yrs experience OR B.A. + 11 yrs experience OR Masters + 9 yrs experience OR PhD + 7 yrs experience.
• Relevant certs / training would include (but not limited to): Sec+, Net+, CEH, JCAC course.
• Completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course) may be considered towards the relevant experience requirement.
• Foreign Language / Scores may be counted toward years of experience. Recent Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) scores are required to substantiate proficiency level.
Preferred:
• Degree in related fields (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics) may be considered relevant if programs contain a concentration of courses in foundational CS areas.
• Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IS) degrees may be considered relevant if the programs contain the amount and type of coursework equivalent to a Computer Science (CS) major.
