Job description

Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
This position leads analytic efforts, delivers strategic insight, and acts as a technical expert for business systems within the Bank. Performs at the highest level of service complexity in support of system operations, performance, and usage. Develops advanced solutions and specifications to resolve process issues, which may involve elements of testing and
development. Serves as a resource to wider business units or associates. Performs data analysis at the most advanced level, effectively communicating and directing analysis output. Determines system requirements and communicates them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Determines and resolves complex factors that affect system processes. Ensures compliance through monitoring and analysis. Enables strategic insight into business systems through reports to senior management. Evaluates systems based on data analysis, user input, and extensive testing. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement, and develops process enhancements based on results. Provides expert technical support for systems by responding to inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Handles escalated and complex support issues. Develops and implements modifications and enhancements. Serves as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering expertise on systems and data output. This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered or as a Technology Architect, ERP Consultant, or related role. Alternatively employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in job offered or as a Technology Architect, ERP Consultant, or related role.
Requires experience with PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleSoft Accounting Hub. Requires experience with the following PeopleSoft technologies: SQR, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Integration Broker and PS Query. Requires experience with Control M configuration, execution, and monitoring of jobs. Requires experience with Oracle SQL queries. Requires experience eliciting business requirements. Requires experience with Jira and test documentation and execution. Requires financial services experience. This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
The base pay for this position is generally between $156,000 to $195,565 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
