Work Environment

The role is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, where you will collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals. Our facility is equipped with the latest technology and rehabilitation tools, allowing for a comprehensive approach to patient care. You will enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, with hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a perfect balance between professional dedication and personal time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth initial assessments to evaluate patients’ medical histories, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, aimed at optimizing rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Engage patients with effective communication to foster understanding and agreement on customized care plans they can fully commit to.
  • Utilize progressive exercise prescriptions, educational sessions, and hands-on manual therapy techniques tailored to each patient's specific orthopedic condition.

  • Guide patients through their rehabilitation journey, offering motivation and support to enhance their physical resilience for daily activities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications
  • A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits
