Job description

INTERNSHIP OPENING @CLARA AI: Work Directly With an AI-Native Founder in San Francisco!

Clara AI (justclara.ai) is looking for an exceptional MBA intern to work directly with our AI-native founder and repeat SaaS builder out of our San Francisco HQ.

This isn't your average internship - it's a hands-on opportunity to shape fundraising strategy, build live investor materials, and drive key cross-functional projects that define how we grow. You'll be in the room where big decisions are made, learning the inside game of how an early-stage AI startup operates, scales, and raises capital.

What You'll Do
  • Co-own fundraising efforts: help shape strategy, build pitch decks, and prepare materials for live investor meetings

  • Collaborate directly with the founder across business ops, product, partnerships, and GTM experiments

  • Turn insight into action: join high-stakes meetings, synthesize takeaways, and help execute next steps

  • Drive special projects across multiple functions - no two weeks will look the same

  • Get front-row exposure to the pace, process, and mindset of an early-stage AI startup

Who You Are
  • Current MBA student (Harvard, Berkeley, Wharton, and similar programs encouraged)

  • Have some VC, startup, or consulting experience (a plus, not a requirement)

  • A fast learner who thrives in dynamic, unstructured environments

  • Organized, proactive, and eager to make a tangible impact from day one

What You'll Gain
  • Direct mentorship from an AI-native founder - real learning by doing, not shadowing

  • Firsthand experience in fundraising, investor storytelling, and startup growth

  • Cross-functional exposure to product, ops, and GTM strategy

  • Full relocation support and housing in San Francisco HQ

  • Career acceleration: standout interns may advance to expanded roles (including Chief of Staff)
