Job description

5 + years of Epic training experience. Certification in MST / TED 300 or other Epic certifications. Project management experience, and full-cycle EHR implementation and support. experience. The ability to work all three tours on the Maimonides campus. This is an on-site/in-person position. Not remote.

This position is looking for an experienced Epic Trainer / EHR Implementation Professional who can train healthcare staff on Epic applications, support hospital-wide EHR deployments, manage projects, and provide post-go-live support. The candidate must be comfortable working in a hospital environment and be flexible enough to work any shift ("all three tours") on the Maimonides campus.

1. Experience Requirement

5+ Years of Epic Training Experience

  • Minimum 5 years training users on Epic applications.
  • Experience creating and delivering training programs for:
    • Physicians
    • Nurses
    • Clinical Staff
    • Administrative Staff
    • Revenue Cycle Teams

Expected Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions.
  • Develop training materials and workflows.
  • Create user guides and job aids.
  • Assess user competency.
  • Support users during go-live events.
