  • Diagnose & Repair: Perform high-quality automotive repairs, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Execute multi-point inspections and ensure all repairs meet Lexus factory standards.
  • Efficiency: Maintain a productive pace while ensuring "fixed right the first time" results.
  • Communication: Work closely with Service Advisors to provide clear descriptions of vehicle needs and repair estimates.
