As a Master Tech Apprentice, you'll train alongside a Ford Senior Master Technician or start in our Quick Lane department (based on your current skill level). This is more than a job—it’s a career path with room to grow, learn, and lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform multi-point inspections on vehicles
  • Assist and communicate with service advisors and Master Technicians on repair needs
  • Rotate tires and check tire pressure
  • Inspect and top off fluid levels
  • Lubricate parts as required
  • Drain and refill engine oil, replace filters
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive shop culture
  • Pursue ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
